WITHIN AUSTRALIA


We have partnered with Australia Post for all deliveries nation-wide for their fully trackable and express secure service.

To always ensure our customers are given the optimal shipping price and experience, our shipping prices are calculated by parcel weight using the Australia Post Shipping Calculator.
Combined shipping is calculated by combining the total weight of items bundled.

Australia Post Regular (4-8 Business Days)
Australia Post Express (2-4 Business Days)


DISPATCH

Orders successfully placed before 2pm (AEST) on business days will likely be dispatched the same or following day unless you have purchased a Pre-Order item. 

We aim to post daily, however our main scheduled dispatch days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Delivery times are dependent on your location (check the timetable below). Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping after you have received our shipping confirmation email.
*Please note that these time-frames are not guaranteed, while we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO


- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
- These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.


TRACK YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll email you letting you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. You can track your parcel at the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number hereIf you’re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave a card for you to either nominate another delivery time, or direct you to your local Post Office where you can pick up your parcel.


POSTAL INSURANCE

Australia Post Offers up to 100 Dollars insurance for goods posted.
For Orders over this amount we offer an options*Claims for packages marked as "delivered" must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.


CHRISTMAS SHIPPING 


When the Holiday season get all your Christmas orders out the door. During this period we recommend using Australia Post Express Service at checkout to ensure you receive your order in time. We also suggest having your orders placed by the below dates to allow enough time for your order to arrive.

Regular Post - Saturday 13/12/21
Express Post - Saturday 20/12/21

For international Orders we recommend sending International Christmas gifts as early as possible this year. Due to the increased volume of International orders and the reduced air travel capacity caused by Covid- 19, Some shipping deadlines for international orders are as early as mid-November, depending on the destination and the surrounding metro areas.


HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'Junk' mail folder before contacting us.
